E35 OF 2022 By Bonface Sambo Anditi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvester Anditi Dengu alias Anditi Ndengu, who died at Obumba-chiga Kisumu, on 2nd November, 1986. CAUSE NO. 85 OF 2022 By Nicodemus Otieno Akuma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Akuma Ogongo, who died on 2nd November, 1988. CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2022 By (1) Caroline Akinyi Kamire and (2) Victor Ochieng Otieno, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Otieno Odiyo, who died at Kisumu, on 13th January, 2022. CAUSE NO. E149 OF 2022 By (1) Christine Anyango Hongo and (2) Stephen Otieno Hongo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magdalina Aloo Onyango alias Magdarina Aloo Onyango, who died at Kogony, on 14th April, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
