TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 8 OF 2023 By Jackline Jebet, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Taprandich Senge Otin, who died on 5th May, 2010. CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2023 By Ondiek Leah Jepkemboi, of P.O. Box 57, Chemase in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ondiek arap Koikoi, who died on 25th January, 1999. CAUSE NO. 18 OF 2023 By Musee Koech, of P.O. Box 33, Songhor in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoech arap Marindany, who died on 19th February, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
