TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 21 OF 2023 By (1) Atieno Joyce Okelo and (2) Tony Cleans Okello, both of P.O. Box 2582–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Onyango Arika, who died at Rageng’ni Central Uyoma, Madiany, on 23rd December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
