Box 198, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Wanjeru Kioria, who died at Mumbuini. Nyeri, on 7th September, 2004. CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2023 By William Waithaka Waweru, of P.O. Box 239, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muhumbiri Wathuti, who died at Kihugiru Sub-location, on 3rd January, 1999. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Wilson Gikiri and (2) Richard Gatutha Gachua, both of P.O. Box 559, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Gachua Gikiri, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 17th February, 1995.
