TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E294 OF 2023 By Joseph Oyugi Olang, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Ondoro Olang alias Magret Ondoro Olang, who died on 3rd April, 1986. CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2023 By Alfred Otieno Deya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Deya Opala, who died at West Kagan, on 4th June, 1984. CAUSE NO. E158 OF 2023 By Beatrice Akinyi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cosmas Ochieng Odede, who died at Genga, on 14th July, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
