TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 368 OF 2023 By Judith Akoth Polo, of P.O. Box 259, Oyugis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mbori Gumbo, who died at Kasimba Sub-location, on 13th May, 2020. CAUSE NO. 370 OF 2023 By Eunice Akinyi Atela, of P.O. Box 35, Kadongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Atela Odhengo, who died at Kowidi Sub-location, on 23rd March, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
