REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ahmed Mohamed Salim and (2) Fatuma Ahmed Mohamed, both of P.O. Box 42055–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as plot No. 19278/I/MN, situate in Mombasa municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 58741/1, and whereas the register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
