APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (2) (k) of the
Pest Control Products Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and
Livestock Development appoints—
SOPHIE CHEPKORIR to be a member of the Pest Control Products Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 28th July, 2023.
