REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abraham Kiprop Chesiyna, of P.O. Box 245–30400, Kabarnet in the Republic of Kenya, is the proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land situate in the district of Baringo, known as Baringo/Kewamoi “A”/4241 and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided provided that no objection has been received within that period.
