NOTICE is given that Madhav Sudhir Bhandari, of P.O. Box 67486–00200, Nairobi, Kenya, has been appointed as an Administrator (“Administrator”) of Agro-Irrigation and Pump Services Limited (Under Administration) (“the Company”) effective from the 4th July, 2023. 28th July, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE Following the appointment, all the affairs and business of the company are being conducted by the administrator. The powers of the administrator extend to all assets and undertakings of the company. The powers of the directors in terms of dealing with the company’s assets ceased. Any party having a claim against the Company to submit their claim in writing with relevant supporting documentation to the Administrator on or before the 30th August, 2023 for consideration. The Administrator acts as an agent of the company without personal liability.
