Box 66179–00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jane Njoki Hihu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jane Njoki Hihu and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jane Hihu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Jane Hihu only.
