TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE No. E56 OF 2023 By Elizabeth Nyambura Mwangi, of P.O. Box 2555-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mwangi Mutura, who died at Nakuru War Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 19th January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
