TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E330 OF 2023 By Joanes Otieno Onono, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonardus Onono Wanga alias Onono Wanga, who died at Upper Kanyawegi, on 14th May, 1995. CAUSE No. E423 OF 2023 By Joyce Marishima Sang, of P.O. Box 3829-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Jalenga Mengesa alias Mengesta, who died at Karen, on 15th August, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
