TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E224 OF 2023 By Mary Adhimabo Owino, the deceased's stepdaughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janes Okumu alias Okumu Okaro, who died on 8th September, 1993. CAUSE No. E331 of 2023 By Moses Aboma Mbeda, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mbeda Ongila alias Mbeda Ongila, who died at Upper Kanyawegi, 11th May, 2003. CAUSE No. E337 OF 2023 By Calleb Odiwuor Onditi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Onditi Ongudi, who died at Kochieng, 10th July, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
