Box 193, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Ngacha Cheche, who died at Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 17th June, 1992. CAUSE No. E335 of 2023 By Veronicah Wandia Theuri, of P.O. Box 21, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Theuri Mwangi, who died at London Sub-location, on 14th November, 2021. CAUSE No. E355 of 2023 By Beverly Jeptanui Sang, of P.O. Box 222, Burnt Forest in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lilian Jeptekeny Sang, who died at Tigoni, on 26th May, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
