TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 254 OF 2023 By (1) George Njoroge Karanja and (2) George Njoroge Karanja, both of P.O. Box 1050-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karanja Njoroge, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 13th December, 1971. CAUSE No. 255 OF 2023 By (1) Gladys Muthoni Gichemba and (2) Francis Ngatia Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 11-20204, Kaheho in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ngatia Francis, who died at Githima Sub-location, on 5th October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
