TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E20 OF 2023 By Patrick Mwendwa Mutonye, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutonye Kalungia alias Mutonye Kalungya, who died at Kitui, on 4th June, 2018. CAUSE No. E23 OF 2023 By Stephen Nzaku Syokuthi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kakundu Mukusya, who died at Migwani Sub-location, on 2nd March, 2006. CAUSE No. E41 OF 2023 By Benedeter Nzambi Muraya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Muthusi Nzelu, who died at Migwani Sub-location, on 21st August. 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
