TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 251 OF 2023 By Ludphine Akeyo Pangi, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Pangi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 20th July, 1999. CAUSE No. 252 OF 2023 By Julita Auma Oliech, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simath Wasonga Kithine, who died at Ojele Hospital in Kenya, on 19th July, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
