Box 476, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimngetich Komen, who died at Molol Sub-location, on 25th February, 2015. CAUSE No. 236 OF 2023 By Anne Wanjiku Njororge, of P.O. Box 1397, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kimani Gatonye, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 1st September, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
