Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bitega Ombori, who died at Rioma, on 18th June, 2009. CAUSE No. 26 OF 2023 By Julius Bosire Motoki, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Penis Moraa Motoki alias Moraa Motoki, who died at Nyangena Hospital in Kenya, on 12th August, 2001. CAUSE No. E238 OF 2023 By (1) David Ogega Gisemba, (2) Zachary Mokua Bichage and (3) Nyangaresi James Kirwa, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sagatuga Kenyuri Ondieki alias Sagutuga Ondieki, who died on 16th February, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
