TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E209 OF 2023 By (1) Gladys Nyang'au and (2) Charles Orenge Ondieki, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, both of P.O. Box 590- 40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Nyangau Ondieki, who died at Nyangema Hospital in Kenya, on 9th January, 2018. J. M. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
