TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E254 OF 2022 By Florence Anangwe Mukuba, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mukuba Mihonja alias Omukuba Mukhonji, who died at Emalindi Sub-location, on 15th August, 2007. CAUSE No. E22 OF 2023 By Jotham Ngoka Emisiko, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emisiko Mukhwana, who died at Ebuhala Sub-location, on 1st January, 1969. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
