TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E22 OF 2023 By (1) Vincent Kiptoo Kabutbei, (2) Job Kabutbei and (3) Joseph Kipsanga Kabutbei, all of P.O. Box 396-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabutbei Chepkirwa, who died at Tinet Sub-location, on 5th February, 1970. CAUSE No. E36 OF 2023 By (1) Erick Kipchirchir Buttuk and (2) Christopher K. Buttuk, both of P.O. Box 143-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kibinot Buttuk alias David Kbuttuk alias David Bottuk K., who died at Kenyatta Hospital in Kenya, on 6th May, 2004. CAUSE No. E40 OF 2023 By Kipkemoi Kiplagat, of P.O. Box 53-20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Talai Kiplagat, who died at Chepyuan, on 1st February, 1983. CAUSE No. E41 OF 2023 By ( I ) Tapsirorei Silotei and (2) Japheth Kiprotich Korir, both of P.O. Box 212-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silote arap Kogo, who died at Kaptim, on 10th March, 2006. CAUSE No. E49 OF 2023 By Kiptabe A. Chebechei Chepturus, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebeche Cheptorus Perege, who died at Ngendalel, on 17th March, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
