TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 139 OF 2023 By Hellen Mong'ina Basweti, of P.O. Box 352-40204, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Basweti Ongera Ocharo, who died at Itibo Location, on 26th June, 2006. CAUSE No. 143 OF 2023 By Pius Ombongi Onyango, of P.O. Box 2-40204, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyango Kenani, who died at Tendere Location, on 10th January, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
