TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 117 OF 2023 By (1) Isaac Kiptiony arap Ngudo and (2) Agnes Agosa Agwaro, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngw:lo Kitoti, who died at Kapchemugung Sub-location, on 24th January, 2006. CAUSE No. 138 OF 2023 By (1) Josphat Makanga Indagala and (2) Elifas Murambi Ndakala, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Georgelndakala Eman alias George Indagala Eman, who died at Ebunangwe Sub-location, on 6th March, 2023. CAUSE No. 285 OF 2023 By Julias Ondego Nyonje, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyonje Alela, who died at Essunza Sub-location, on 4th October, 1984. CAUSE No. 297 OF 2023 By Francis Mwavali Muhavi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruben Mulehi Lungunziru, who died at Lyaduywa Sub-location, on 28th May, 1985.
