TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E14 OF 2023 By John Masolo Masafu, of P.O. Box I, Sirisia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Willingtone Masafu alias Masafu Wesonga Masafu, who died at North Kulisiru, on 3rd June, 1999. CAUSE No. El7 OF 2023 By Benson Matanda, of P.O. Box 96, Sirisia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mang'eni Bubolo alias Mangen Bobolo, who died at Chesikaki Sub-location, on 28th December, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
