TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E99 OF 2023 By (1) Sera Odongo Otuoma and (2) Monicah Ojowa Otuoma, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benea Otuoma Obange alias Bernea Otuoma Obange, who died at Lieta, on 17th August, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
