TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 150 OF 2023 By Pricilla Atieno Ngudha, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Othieno Wambogo alias Alexander Othieno Wambogo, who died on 21st March, 2006. CAUSE No. 151 OF 2023 By Mary Agola Oyiro, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odhiambo Ouya, who died on 12th August, 1986. CAUSE No. 164 OF 2023 By Paul Mala Wadhier, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazaro Ogola, who died on 15th June, 1986. CAUSE No. 165 OF 2023 By Roseline Atieno Owiti, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Owiti Oloo, who died on 23rd February, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
