APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 14 (1) of the Urban Areas and Cities Act, 2011 and section 30 (2) (l) of the County Governments Act, 2012, I, Fernandes Barasa, appoint— County Executive Committee Member, Department of Lands, Housing, Urban Areas and Physical Planning, Dorcas Adoyo Mwinda, Johnson Wycliffe Ambani, Elvira Wilunda Atamba, Arch. Timothy Vodenge Mudome, Fatuma Mary Manyonge, Isaiah Shikunzi, Catherine Wandabwa Bulinda, Chief Officer, Urban Development and Housing, to be members of the Board of Kakamega Municipality, for a period of five (5) years, with effect from the 3rd July, 2023.
