APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to sections 27 (4) of the Mental Health Act and the Regulation thereof, take notice that this Court in Civil Misc. Application Case No. E243 of 2021 appointed Maryagnes Njeri Githinji as manager and guardian of the estate of all affairs of Prisicilla Wambui Gathungu alias Philisila Wambui w/o Gathungu alias Priscilla Wambui w/o Gathungu, with effect from the 29th May, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
