PURSUANT to the provisions of section 11 (c) and section 163 (1) of the Energy Act, 2019, the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority notifies the general public that it has considered the tariff application made by Renewvia Energy Kenya Limited for mini-grid sites in Lomekwi, Katiko, Kapelbok and Kalobeyei Settlement Village 1 and 2, Turkana County and approved applicable tariffs, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st August, 2023, as follows: Customer Category Connection Fee (KSh.)
