TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2023 By (1) Gilbert Kiprotich Kandie, (2) Dovious Kipkorir Kandie and (3) Philomena Kandie alias Mary Kandie, all of P.O. Box 58, Ainabkoi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and grandchildren, respectively, through Messrs. Joseph C. K. Cheptarus & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kapkoros Kiplagat, who died at Kapsowar Sub-location, on 14th July, 1985. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2023 By (1) Alnoor Abdulaziz Kanji and (2) Altaf Abdulaziz Kanji, both of P.O. Box 8962–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son. through Messrs. Kipkorir Cheruiyot & Kigen advocates, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdul Aziz Kanji Bhatia, who died at Kapsoya, on 31st January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
