TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2023 By Murtaza Sadiqali Dungarwalla alias Murtaza Sadikali N. Dungarwalla, of P.O. Box 1507, Mombasa in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate with written will of Sadiqali Nazarali Dungarwalla alias Sadiqali Nazarali Dungarwala alias Sadakali Nazerali Dungerwalla, who died at Kizingo, on 19th March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
