Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Abwamba Liaha, who died at Namuduru Sub-location, on 1st February, 2008. CAUSE NO. E251 OF 2023 By Duncan Isaac Okwaro Muyodi, of P.O. Box 265, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosemary Atieno Okwaro, who died at Township Location, on 28th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E346 OF 2023 By Okello Christopher Simoga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okello Christopher Simoga, who died at Bubango Sub-location, on 17th July, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
