TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 286 OF 2022 By Lucie Khisa Nandi, of P.O. Box 856, Bungoma in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tom Olunga, who died at Milima Sub-location, on 5th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. 41 OF 2023 By Wilson Kundu Konyelo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Konyelo Njukhilile alias William Konyelo Njukhili, who died at Bilibili, Milima, on 27th April, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
