E328 OF 2023 By Peter Kirathe Nderitu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Nderitu Mathenge, who died on 23rd June, 2013. CAUSE NO. E332 OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Njoroge Mwangi and (2) Henry Ndegwa Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 1588, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Ngugi, who died at Muriranjas Hospital in Kenya, on 20th October, 2008 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
