Box 11–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dudley Samuel Yobera, who died at Nairobi, on 30th March, 1994. CAUSE NO. 59 OF 2023 By Janet Wanjiru Kagwanja, of P.O. Box 225–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kagwanja Gikandi, who died at Laikipia. CAUSE NO. 60 OF 2023 By (1) Douglas Muriithi Ndungu and (2) Cyrus Ndegwa Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 1899–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Ndungu Mutahi, who died at Matanya Location. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
