TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2023 By Esther Nthenya Mweu, of P.O. Box 1254–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Mweu Mbuve, who died at M. P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 18th December, 2021. CAUSE NO. 93 OF 2023 By (1) Grace Nzisa Kaloki and (2) Samuel Ng’ang’a Kaloki, both of P.O. Box 79932–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kaloki Nganga, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd July, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
