CAUSE NO. 217 OF 2023 By Bilasio Otieno Singungu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sigona Okello alias Sigona Okelo, who died on 5th May, 2012. CAUSE NO. 233 OF 2023 By Andrew Anyiko Asindi, of P.O. Box 330, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Tawa, who died at Thimjope Sub-location, on 13th June, 1994. CAUSE NO. E243 OF 2023 By Jenipher Arwa Ochieng, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zacharia Ojwando Marando, who died on 16th February, 2019.
