TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2023 By (1) Agnes Waithira Wanyoike and (2) Francis Ndorongo Wanyoike, both of P.O. Box 147−20318, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Augustine Wanyoike Njoroge alias Wanyoike Njoroge, who died at District Hospital, Olkalou in Kenya, on 23rd June, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
