Box 20, Rumuruti in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thiong’o Mugo Wachira, who died at Rumuruti Location, on 6th August, 2001. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2023 By Daniel Waithaka Kabuta, of P.O. Box 20, Rumuruti in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Waithaka Kabuta, who died at Kiriita, on 4th October, 2018. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2023 By Mary Wambui Kahuru, of P.O. Box 20, Rumuruti in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Kahuru Karonji, who died at Ndurumo, on 11th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
