CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2023 By Beatrice Mueni Mutie, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boniface Mutie Kimilu, who died at Jamaa Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 9th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. 30 OF 2023 By Benjamin Waema Mutunga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mutunga Muinde, who died at Nairobi Women’s Hospital in Kenya, on 14th October, 2019. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2023 By Benson Muthoka Munguti, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Munguti Muema, who died at Masumba, on 4th March, 2012. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2023 By Richard Ngunga Ndile, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kilungya Ndile, who died at Manyatta, on 9th October, 2017.
