E127 OF 2023 By Deborah Akumu, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliazaro Mukoya Wahonga alias Eliazaro Mugoya, who died at Ebukuti in 1966. CAUSE NO. E132 OF 2023 By Rosyline Nyangweso Shikwe, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Herbert Shigwe Oganda alias Herbert Shikwe, who died at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Mukumu in Kenya, in 1996. CAUSE NO. E177 OF 2023 By Rodgers Shisoka Obonyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kutoto Shisoka alias Okutoto Shisoka, who died at Shibembe Marama South in 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
