TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 95 OF 2021 By Kadzo Ruwa Kilumo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hariri Kaheho Tsuma, who died at Ngerenya, on 17th November, 2019. CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2023 By Emmanuel Ngua Bofu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngua Bovu Mwamambo alias Ngua Bovu Mwambambo, who died at Vyambani, on 17th April, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
