Box 6-60105, Karaba, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephano Keru Ngondu alias Stepaano Kelu Ngondu, who died at Gitaraka, Karaba, Embu, on 24th December, 1989. CAUSE NO. E175 OF 2023 By (1) Pauline Mairu Mwaniki and (2) Christine Mawira Mwaniki, of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri, the deceased’s widow and daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Keneth Mwaniki Nyaga alias Kenneth Muriuki Nyaga, who died at Kerugoya County Hospital, on 26th September, 2020. CAUSE NO. E176 OF 2023 By Njeru Njue, of P.O. Box 95, Siakago, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njue Muvari alias Njue Mubari, who died at Evurore Sub-location, on 6th April, 1989. CAUSE NO. E180 OF 2023 By Mirian Nyaga, of P.O. Box 95, Ishiara, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaga Ndeketho, who died at Evurore Sub-location, on 12th December, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
