TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2023 By Martin Wanyonyi Songoro, of P.O. Box 100, Sirisia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mating’ Chemwile, who died at Menu, on 3rd August, 1965. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2023 By Packson Wanjala Namukongo, of P.O. Box 136, Sirisia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abedeniko Namukongo Konesi alias Abedineko Namukongo, who died at Central Namwela, on 23rd November, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
