TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 60 OF 2023 By Joseph Otieno Oriaro, of P.O. Box 239, Sega in Kenya, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Olayo Onyango, who died on 2nd May, 2022. CAUSE NO. 62 OF 2023 By Philip Oduor Juma, of P.O.Box 58, Sega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Juma Odhiambo, who died on 4th August, 1998. CAUSE NO. 65 OF 2023 By Monica Awino, of P.O. Box 260, Ukwala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otieno Obare, who died on 4th November, 1973. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
