TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:

Thomas Mboya Orege, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosebela Aduda Orege, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in
Kenya, on 31st May, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2023
By John Odhiambo Kungu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Gedeon
Kungu, who died at New Nyanza Provincial General Hospital in
Kenya, on 28th March, 2003.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
