TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2023 By Paul Abira Otieno Muga, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anderukus Ogada Ageng’o alias Ogada Agengo, who died on 15th September, 2008. CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2023 By Lilian Anyango Buop, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Okong’o Ong’ong’a, who died on 15th March, 1998. CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2023 By (1) Esther Andiego Dianga and (2) Thadius Otieno Adundo, the deceased’s sister and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Orwa Dianga, who died on 1st February, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
