Box 71, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipruto arap Maina, who died at Tarakwa Sub-location, on 5th July, 1986. CAUSE NO. 64 OF 2023 By Joel Kipketer Chepkwony, of P.O. Box 2174, Kericho in Kenya, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoske arap Sirgoi, who died at Kapkimolwa, on 20th January, 1996. CAUSE NO. 71 OF 2023 By (1) Livingstone Kipkemoi Bii and (2) Richard Kipkoech A. Marindany, both of P.O. Box 52–20406, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipngetunyo arap Maina alias Kipngetunyo Maina, who died at Kiptobit, Kapkimolwa, Kericho, on 3rd April, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
